Hospitals & Institutions (H&I)

District 10 holds an H&I Panel on the 3rd Monday of every month, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, to
share our stories or experience, strength and hope at the Salvation Army in Pasadena.  This
is a great way to participate in someone's recovery (and your own) by being of service.

This is not an ongoing commitment and we look for new participants/ speakers every month.  It
only takes ONE HOUR of your time to help someone else!

The suggested sobriety time to participate is 90days sober from Marijuana, Alcohol and other
self-prescribed- mind-altering substances.

If you are interested in speaking at the Salvation Army panel in Pasadena, contact the Panel
Leader: George G. or sign up with your GSR/ Meeting Secretary.  We are always looking for
people to come and share their experience, strength and hope at the Salvation Army.

Sign up on the H&I sheet at your local MA meeting.  Please include your: First Name, Phone # &
Sobriety date when volunteering.

The next panel will happen on Monday March 15th, 2010, from 6:30pm- 7:30pm!
